Editor Comments
While Son and Foe is explicitly open to speculative fiction, we do not exclude any particular genre or mode of writing. About our only guideline for the content of submissions is that works need to be in English, and they need to be good. This means that we accept literary fiction, noir, action/adventure, science fiction, mystery, comedy, realism, fantasy, horror, slipstream, etc.
