Nice view into the editorial process

Very well set-up interface onto the editorial process: you can see your submissions and their state in the editorial process along the way, and any comments editors make. It's all surrounded by sensitive, cushioning text for the more fragile egos, but it's nice to be able to get that feedback directly.
